To create a spa like experience:

To "prep" your face & bodyskin for feeling summer clean & Fresh! !: blend a 1 cup of raw oatmeal, to about 1/4 cup of milk stir to a thick paste like consistency, apply to clean skin and leave on for 15 minutes, step into the shower a rub gently, allowing the oatmeal mixture to fall away- taking with it dull, dry winter skin....gently rinse away all debris..If your skin is super dry add 2 tablespoons of raw honey and 1 raw egg to the paste before applying!

One of my favorite "bath recipes ".. purchase a small box of powdered milk..it smells AWFUL- but it is skin soothing & smoothing! And much less drying than salts...in a glass bowl, pour about 1/2 cup of the powdered milk and mix in a few drops of your favorite essential oil, or oil blend; I like something soothing and emotionally uplifting like lavender,geranium, clary sage  blend. Stir until well mixed. Add to the running bath water..remember hot water is drying...Apply eharcourts NEW marine SOOTHING EYE MASK PADS to under- eye and slip gently into your bath.
